Children’s Mixed-Media Art Programs (ages 5-14)
Exhibited artist at The Field Museum, Ian M. Sherwin instructs children and adults in painting, sculpting, drawing, origami and much more. Learn to mix paints, set up canvas’, balance colors and even how to create a portfolio for scholorships and contracts. Group Classes are taught at Sherwin’s Gallery located in the heart of Wrigleyville at 1224 W. Grace St Chicago, IL. Individual classes can be held at Sherwin’s Gallery or at private residence. Group classes are limited to 20 people max and are run in 5&10 week long programs 1 day per week. Individual instruction with Ian M. Sherwin is available upon request.
*Due to limited classroom space, cancellation is required no later than 1 week before selected class so that Sherwin’s Gallery can try to fill the empty easel. If cancellation is necessary for any reason, Sherwin’s Gallery reserves the right to charge a $15 cancellation fee upon issuing a refund.
hello my name is Robyn and I have a 8year daughter that has expressed an interest in art and wanting to take classes and I was just looking for more information regarding any child art classes you have.
Our Children s classes will begin on Wed May 8th. Children age 4-7 will be 3:15pm – 4:15pm and Children Ages 8+ Advanced program will be from 4:45-5:45pm
